Slide projector. No lens - see photos. Damaged power cable - replace it with a functional one. With the exception of the lens, the optics appear to be complete. It has two halogen lamps - both working. Visually in good condition. The lamp cooling fan is probably damaged. It is not recommended to turn on the power before checking the fan.
