The LIAISON analyzer was developed for immunoassays and uses chemiluminescence "flash" (CLIA) technology with a paramagnetic microparticle solid phase (MP). The LIAISON analyzer is efficient from the start and allows for continuous loading of samples, reagents, and the load can be processed in random or batch access mode. All test methods are based on an internal standard curve with 2-point calibration.

Automatic dilution, repeat and reflex tests are performed at the operator's request and are performed automatically by the system. The LIAISON system also has a STAT function that improves laboratory efficiency.
